  • Standard Clean

    Basic cleaning service covering bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. Includes dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Sanitizing countertops and exterior surfaces of cabinets and refrigerators. Vacuuming (carpets and rugs), sweeping and mopping (hard floors), and trash removal. Offered one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly! An initial deep clean is recommended first if your home has not had a professional cleaning service in more than a month.

    Deep Clean

    A more thorough cleaning, ideal for maintenance or special occasions. Includes basic cleaning services plus detailed dusting of baseboards, vents, blinds, windowsills, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Includes sanitizing insides of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator) and cabinets, as well as scrubbing hard to reach areas if applicable.

    Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

    Ideal for preparing a property for new occupants. The cleaning related service includes all deep cleaning services plus interior cleaning inside all cabinets, closets, and drawers. Wall stain spot cleaning, detailed cleaning of appliances and fixtures, and any final touches needed in order to ensure the property is in spotless condition for new tenants.

    Rentals

    Turnover cleaning includes fast, efficient cleaning between guests ensuring all surfaces and high-touch areas are sanitized. Includes washing and changing linens, if requested, and restocking all supplies. Specialized for properties with high guest turnover.

    After we are finished, you enjoy the shining results. If you have opted for regular cleanings, we will follow up to confirm the next scheduled appointment. Repeat!
